Lost access to your authenticator?

Here's what to do depending on your situation.

Switched phones

Your authenticator codes are tied to the app on your previous device. You'll need an administrator to reset your OTP so you can scan a fresh QR code on your new phone.

Deleted the app

If you deleted or reinstalled your authenticator app without first transferring accounts, the secret key is lost. Contact an administrator to issue a new one.

Code not accepted

Authenticator codes are time-sensitive. Ensure your phone's clock is set to automatic/internet time and try again. If it still fails, contact an administrator.

How an administrator resets your OTP Contact your system administrator and ask them to reset your authenticator in Manage Users. Once reset, sign in with your password and you'll be prompted to scan a new QR code.
